Flashback Friday-Jimmy Fallon Honors Tiny Fey With The 2010 Mark Twain Award For American Humor


Earlier this week, Jimmy Fallon was one of many celebrities that saluted Jay Leno as he received the ‘Mark Twain Award for American Humor’.  The taping of the ceremony will air in November.  In 2010, Jimmy took part in the same type of ceremony that honored Tina Fey.  For this week’s Flashback Friday, here is the video of Jimmy’s tribute to Tina Fey at the ceremony!

On Air with Ryan Seacrest: Jimmy Fallon



When it comes to producing viral content, Jimmy Fallon knows no boundaries.

The 40-year-old comic, who is famous for hosting epic game segments on his late-night talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, released his first will.i.am-assisted single “Ew!” earlier this month, and the reception, as expected, was viral.

The electro-pop tune’s success surpassed Fallon’s expectation when it debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart at No. 26, which is 14 spots higher than his low-bar aim for the 40th place.

“Immediately I thought of you guys,” the host told On Air with Ryan Seacrest over the phone on Friday. “Now you have to play the song, right? I couldn’t believe it. I was figuring like 99 or in the 80s or something like that. Everyone was helping me out, trying to get the song out there, but 26, I was like, ‘This is insane.’” Continue reading →
