How can I get tickets to see Late Night with Jimmy Fallon?
LNwJF tapes Monday-Friday at 30 Rockefeller Center in New York City. Tickets are distributed by phone about one month prior to the show tapings. You can reserve your tickets by calling (212) 664-3056. For more information, go to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. You must be 17 or older to attend.
What happens at a LNwJF taping?
At arrival, you are given a random number or letter and told to come back after about 45 minutes. Then you will receive a wristband and put in line according to letter or number order. They file you into the studio and show you to your seat. You do NOT get to choose where you sit. But really, the view in the first few rows are usually blocked by cameras and crew. Seth “The Zog” Herzog comes out and warms up the audience. Then The Roots are introduced and they play a couple songs and get everyone excited for the show. At approximately 5:30pm, the show starts. At the end of the show, Jimmy runs up and down the isles and high-fives all the hands then runs out the stage door. No cameras are allowed and you do not get to “meet” Jimmy, but it’s definitely an amazing experience and so much fun!
Is Jimmy married?
Yes. He married on December 22, 2007 to Nancy Juvonen, co-founder of the production company Flower Films. They met in 2004 while were filming “Fever Pitch” in which Jimmy starred and Nancy produced.

Also, you can only book up to 4 tickets at one time so sitting with 3 friends is actually very perfect:)

Saw a taping of Late Night this week. Seth warmed up the audience while the Roots played a few songs, followed by a dance off between Seth and an audience member. Any idea what song they play during warm ups?

So, would it be okay if you quickly asked Jimmy for an autograph when he runs and gives high-fives? I saw one girl do it before and he signed it, I just wasn’t sure if that’s really allowed or not.

Just when the tickets are booked in your name. However, if they think you look younger than 17, they will ask for ID.

Realistically, how precise do you have to be with calling for tickets? I want tickets for October 14th and they’re not available yet, but every time I call (even right at 9:00am when they open) I am told that the next available date has already been booked. Do these tickets fly like hot cakes??

Hi Cloey! They are on hiatus right now which is probably why they aren’t opening up more dates. Definitely call every morning and eventually they will open up soon. They come back on Monday. yay!

Hey I have a question, does Jimmy tape on Fridays? I noticed last week that they had two tapings on Thursday and one was Friday’s show.

Yes, usually it’s 5 days a week. They must have wanted a longer weekend for Labor Day so they taped 2 on Thursday.

How long does the taping of the show take? I know it begins taping and 5:30PM but was wondering what time it generally ends? Thanks

The taping is about an hour, maybe a little longer depending on what they do between commercial breaks.

Actually, I sat in the very front row at a taping of LNJF, and the view wasn’t blocked by cameras at all! The cameras stay very low and actually move very close up to whatever they are filming. We were so lucky to have been given front and center seats. When we walked in, an NBC page asked us how many were in our group, and then directed us to seats together. I was so unbelievably excited that even after walking around the city all day, I couldn’t eat anything and didn’t feel tired. Once we were seated, I could not believe we were in the studio. It was so neat to be in the place that I had seen on my television screen so many times. Jimmy and The Roots were amazing to see! It was an AWESOME experience!
